Peacefully, at home with her loving family, Audrey Ann Jacqueline (Creamer) Duthie passed away on August 11, 2020. Beloved wife of 59 years to Patrick Duthie, devoted mother to John and Joseph Duthie and loving aunt to Donelle and Carolanne Martin.

Cherished and survived by brother, Ken Creamer (Katherine) and sisters, Eleanor Kingston (late Aloysius), Marjorie Carroll (late Donald), and Carmel Doyle (late Carl). She is also survived by her brothers-in-law, Harry Mullin, Joseph Craig, Frank Duthie (Barbara) and sister-in-law Clara Daley (late Clarence). She leaves many wonderful nieces and nephews and a host of pets that made her house a home, including Diesel, Finn, Ming and Laddie.

Audrey was predeceased by her parents Hubert and Cecilia (McLean) Creamer, brothers, Emmanuel and David Creamer and sisters, Elizabeth (Betty) Mullin, Davida (Dee) Craig and Shirley Creamer.

The family extends a special thank you Dr. Tanya Schaefer, Extra-Mural, Kari Lynne Bryenton, Donelle Martin and Stephen Richardson, as well as the doctors, nurses, care providers and friends who looked after her so well. We will be forever grateful.

Visitation will be held for family and close friends on Thursday, August 13, 2020 from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at Northumberland Funeral Home, 102 Pleasant Street, Miramichi, New Brunswick.

The funeral mass will be held on Friday, August 14, 2020 at 11:00 AM at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church, 12 St. Patrick’s Drive, Miramichi, New Brunswick with Father Anthony Dasspapu officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that you carry out random acts of kindness: smile, hug your children and tell those you know that you love them. Audrey was an avid knitter and sewer; she loved Bingo, flowers, and watching hockey games, but she loved her family and community even more. Audrey had a devout faith and was a lifelong supporter of St. Patrick’s Church. A memorial donation to the Schizophrenia Society of New Brunswick, the Canadian Diabetes Association or a charity of your choice is also appreciated.
