Brian Stafford Trevors

It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Brian Stafford Trevors, of Douglasfield, who passed away peacefully at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, on July 1, 2025, at the age of 68.

Born and raised in Craigville, he was the son of the late Norman and Florence (Swain) Trevors. In his early years, Brian worked as a detailer at Lounsburys Motor Company. Prior to starting his own company, City Wide Computers, he worked at UPM- Kymmene, and retired as head custodian at Sensii.

He will be greatly missed by his wife Gayle (Connell) Trevors of Douglasfield; his daughter Tara Trevors of Douglasfield; sister Rosemary of Moncton; brothers Carmen (Anne) and Gordon of Miramichi; grandchildren Lauren Trevors, Ella Henderson, and Briah Henderson; mother-in-law Aletha "Lea" Connell of Douglasfield; sister-in-law Holly Gallant (Billy) of Douglasfield; dear special friend Sandra MacMahon; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his siblings Donald, Norman Jr., Charles, Calvin, Joseph, Carl, and Reggie; and sisters Norma, Marie, and Margaret.

The family will receive relatives and friends from Northumberland Funeral Home on Friday, July 4, 2025, from 4 pm to 8 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, July 5, 2025, at 11 am, from St Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, with Father Anthony Dass Papu officiating.

The family would like to thank the staff and nurses of 2 West, Dr. Losier, and the Oncology Department, for the exceptional care and compassion shown to Brian.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to St Patrick's Cemetery Fund, or to a memorial of one's choice.
