William Thomas McKay, husband of Marilyn McKay, passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2016, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 76.
Born in Toronto, he was the son of the late Thomas and Loretta McKay. He worked in customer service in the automotive industry before his retirement.

He will be sadly missed by his wife Marilyn (Sutherland) of Miramichi; four sons Douglas of Moncton, Robert (Bernice) of Kingston, ON, David (Kelly) of Haliburton, ON, and Michael of Orilla, ON; one sister Mary Ellen (Ted) of Waterloo, ON; two brothers Freddy of Barrie, ON, and Bruce of British Columbia; four grandsons; one granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his grandson Garret.

At the family’s request, there will be no visitation or funeral service.

As expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, or to C.O.P.D.
