Wayne Eric Lingley

It is with great sadness that we announce our sweet Waynie (Wayne Eric Lingley) went home to be with Jesus on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at the age of 63.

He was the son of the late James and Margaret (Duffy) Lingley.

At just a few weeks old, Waynie contracted spinal meningitis. As a result he never walked or talked or was able to spoon feed himself. His greatest joys were the Price is Right, large Lego blocks and his Hot Wheels cars.
His bright blue eyes and big smile would light up the room, but you better not try to take one of those three things from him.

He will be greatly missed by his sisters Charlene Munn (Les Druet) and Sonya (Phillip Simon) both of Miramichi; brothers Darrell and Herbie (Addie) both of Miramichi; his very special aunt and uncle Sherry and Dave Theriault of Miramichi; and several nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation or funeral service. Interment will take place with his parents in Miramichi Cemetery.

To Dr. Arthur Losier and the staff at the Mount, and then at Dr.Losier Hall, thank you seems so insufficient but we appreciate you all so so much.
We thank you not only for the excellent care, but also for the knowledge that you all dearly loved him, as witnessed by the tears we saw. Thank you!!!
