Violet Rose Arbeau

Violet Rose Arbeau, wife of the late Kenneth Arbeau, of Blackville, NB, passed away peacefully at Percy's Place on Monday, October 12, 2026, at the age of 92.

Born in Upper Blackville, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Linda (Arbeau) Peterson. She was a homemaker and member of New Zion Baptist Church, in Howards, NB. 

She will be greatly missed by her son, Victor Arbeau (Brenda) of Baie-Sainte-Anne; and her brother, Wilfred Peterson (Judy) of Derby; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents and her husband, Violet was predeceased by her brothers, Milton, Gerald, and Sandy; infant brother, Baley; and her sister, Lois Arbeau.

Victor would like to give a special thank you to her caregivers for the compassionate care provided for his mom.

Visitation will take place at New Zion Baptist Church (301 Howard Rd), on Friday, October 16, 2026, from 12 pm to 1:45 pm. The funeral service will follow at 2 pm, with Pastor Paul Inman officiating. Interment will take place at Upper Blackville United Baptist Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, donations made to the New Zion Baptist Church would be greatly appreciated.
