Rose Marie Bartlett

Rose Marie (Caissie) Bartlett, of Miramichi, NB, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 11, 2025, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 80.

Born in Acadieville, NB, she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Elise Caissie. Prior to retirement, she worked as a Labourer, waitress and in her recent years, a caregiver.

Rose will be deeply missed by her children, Susan Bartlett of Grande Digue, NB, Kevin Bartlett (Lea) of Bathurst NB and John Bartlett (Janice) of Middle Sackville NS. She is survived by sister Elva Doiron, Rogersville NB and brothers Rheal and Rosimond Caissie, both of the Miramichi. Rose leaves behind grandchildren, Josee Lynn Richard, Janelle Josee Richard, Cassandra Bargholz and great grand-daughter Hailey Rose Ward as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by sisters Virginia, Rita, Georgina, Jeanine and Domine. She was also predeceased by former husband and life- long friend Percy Bartlett

Rose had a huge passion for growing vegetables for pickling and sharing with friends and family. She also loved Bingo and played any chance she had. Most of all she loved her family and fur baby and companion Precious.

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A celebration will be held at a later date.
