Ronald MacDonald

Ronald MacDonald, of Miramichi, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at the age of 64.

Born in Miramichi, he was the son of the late Melbourne and Queenie (MacGarvie) MacDonald. He was a millwright by trade.

He will be greatly missed by his siblings, Donna (Donald Black) of Rothesay, Hudson MacDonald (Late Anita) of Langley, BC, and Peggy (Bradley Gorman) of Miramichi; his nieces and nephews, Matthew Gorman (Amanda), Alexander Black, and Sarah Shaw (Andrew); great niece and nephew Claire and Desmond Shaw; and his special cousins Kathy MacDonald and Myles Brideau (Jackie).

In keeping with his wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Burial will take place in Miramichi Cemetery at a later date.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to a memorial of one's choice.
