Robert "Robbie" McMahon, of Fredericton, formerly of Douglasfield, passed away on August 1, 2016, at the Saint John Regional Hospital, at the age of 53.

Born in Miramichi, he was the son of the late David and Myrna (Stewart) McMahon. Robbie was the General Sales Manager at O'Leary Buick GMC, in Fredericton.

He will be sadly missed by his wife Colleen (Baisley) McMahon; son Jeremy McMahon of Miramichi; two daughters Kelsey McMahon (Shane Berry) of Miramichi and Breanna McMahon of Fredericton; three sisters Joyce (Gerard McDonnell), Sandra (Donald O'Hearn), and Paula MacCullam (Joe Donovan), all of Miramichi; two grandchildren Ryker and Robyn; father-in-law and mother-in-law Bobby and Betty Baisley of Miramichi; and four nieces Angela, Jennifer, Kaylee, and Emily.

The family will receive relatives and friends from Northumberland Funeral Home, on Wednesday, August 3, 2016, from 7 to 9 pm, and on Thursday, August 4, 2016, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, August 5, 2016, at 11 am, from St Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, with Father Mahony officiating.
