Patrick Joseph Lynch, of Miramichi, passed away on Monday, January 23, 2017, at his residence, at the age of 61.

Born in Newcastle, he was the son of the late Joseph and Alice (Dolan) Lynch. He worked as a millwright and welder until his retirement.

He will be greatly missed by his wife Andrea Wallace Lynch; daughter Alison Lynch Richard (Nicholas) of Fredericton; son Christopher of Saint John; three sisters Rosemary Cook (Chris), Joanne Traer, and Louise Comeau, all of Miramichi; three brothers Nicholas, Frank (Elaine), and David all of Miramichi; and several nieces and nephews.

At the family's request, there will be no visitation. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, January 26, 2017, at 11am, from St Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, with Father Arnie Hachey officiating.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, or to a memorial of one's choice.
