Muriel, who was born in Quarryville, NB, and resided in Miramichi most of her life, was the daughter of the late Harry and Blanche (Underhill) Jardine. Muriel was predeceased by Laurence, her husband of 54 years, and her brothers Max, Percy, John and Sydney. “Moomoo” is survived by her daughter Penny Prince (Andrew) of Miramichi; her son Gary Morrison (Diane) of Fredericton; four grandchildren Andrea and Janet Prince and Jonathan and Kate Morrison; two sisters Jenny Wyse and Ardith Forrest.
