Monica Anne Martin

Monica Anne Martin, of Escuminac, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at the age of 59.

Born in Miramichi, NB, she was the daughter of Maximin and Elmire (McIntyre) Martin. Monica enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She loved pets and adored her grandchildren.

She will be greatly missed by her parents; her children, Billy Martin (Trish) of Miramichi and Terrie Lynn (Jeremy) of Chatham; her sisters, Lisa Durelle of Escuminac and Rosa Theriault (Hector) of Eel River; her brother, Raymond Martin of Escuminac; her grandchildren, Phoenix, Alex, Donald, Olivia, Alexandre, Jolin, and William; and her niece and nephews, Jeffery, Jasmine, Joshua, Martin, Germain, and Alderic.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Monday, November 2, 2026, at Northumberland Funeral Home (102 Pleasant St. Miramichi, NB) from 1 pm to 3 pm.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to a memorial of one's choice.
