Mrs. Mary Anne (Steele) Clark passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2011, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 70.

Mary Anne worked as a postmaster and a home care worker. She was a member of St Andrew's United Church, in McKinleyville.

She will be sadly missed by her daughter Geri (Neil Shaw) of McKinleyville; two sons Steven and David (Peggy-Lane) both of Miramichi; one sister Marg of Ontario; three brothers James (Monica), Harry (Pat), and Mike, all of Ontario; two grandchildren Jesse and Janine; two step grandchildren Caden and MacKayla; one great grandaughter Becca; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Lawrence Wade Clark, two brothers Archie and Patrick, and one sister Jean.

The family will receive relatives and friends from Northumerland Funeral Home on Satuday, october 1, 2011, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 2, 2011, at 3 pm, from St Andrew's United Church, in McKinleyville, with Dean Lawrence officiating.
