Mary Yvonne Allain

Mary Yvonne Allain passed away on December 10, 2025, at Bridgeview Hall at the age of 98.

Born in Miramichi, NB, she was the daughter of the late Levi Allain and Melvina Allain (Burke). She was a homemaker.

She will be greatly missed by her children, Sheila Keeler of BC, Barbara Ann Ward (Mel) of Sackville, NB, Brenda Lee Geller of Toronto, ON, and Richard Kingston (Susan) of Whitney, NB, sisters Barb Warren of Miramichi, NB, Shirley Vienneau of Fredericton, NB, Leila Manderson (Carl) of Miramichi, NB, brothers Lewis Allain of Miramichi, NB, Jack Allain of Woodstock, NB, Eric Allain of Miramichi, NB, as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her sisters Marie Brideau and Mona Dupre, and her brothers Lee Allain and Anthony Allain.

In keeping with Yvonne’s wishes, there will be no visitation or public funeral service.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Miramichi SPCA or a memorial of one’s choice.
