Lloyd Robert Jardine

Lloyd Robert Jardine, of Blackville, passed away on Friday, October 10, 2025, at the Moncton City Hospital, at the age of 78.

Born in Barnettville, he was the son of the late David and Beatrice (Curtis) Jardine. He worked as a woodsman, a truck driver, and prior to his retirement, he was a cab driver.

He will be greatly missed by his daughter Lisa Storey (Stephen) of Blackville; two granddaughters, Hailey (Billy) and Heidi (David); four great grandchildren Brenden, Alannah, Hunter, Lauren, and a great granddaughter to-be two sisters, Myrna McCully (Curtis) of Barnettville, and Marie Burke (Roy) of Lepreau; two brothers, Paul Jardine (Nancy) and Lyle Jardine both of Barnettville; two sisters-in-law Iris Corney of Blackville, and Pauline Jardine of Barnettville; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his infant brother Marshall, and his brothers Peter Jardine and John Jardine.

The family will receive relatives and friends from New Life United Pentecostal Church in Blackville, on Thursday, October 16, 2025, from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held at New Life United Pentecostal Church on Friday, October 17, 2025, at 2 pm, with Pastor Lester Mitchell officiating.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation, or to a memorial of one's choice.
