Mr. Lemuel Clarence Larry, of Eel Ground, passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2012, at his residence, at the age of 59.

Lemey was the son of Clara (Bernard) and the late Joseph Larry Sr. He worked as a labourer and was a member of the United States Navy and St Joachim's Roman Catholic Church.

He is survived by three daughters Terri-Anne Larry (Ernie Ward) of Eel Ground, Beverly Larry (Mike Paul) of Eel Ground, and Wendy Tatton (Larry) of St George; one son Jonathan Murray (Angela Murray) of Regina, SK; six sisters Linda Sock (Alfred) of St Margarets, Rena Larry, Margaret Cloud, Mary Bernard, Anne Jepson, Sandy Williston, all of Eel Ground; two brothers Henry and Vincent, both of Eel Ground; seven grandchildren Piel, Serenity, Lucas, Jackson, Shyanne, Collin, and Jessie; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides his father, he was predeceased by his sister Dorothy Bemis and four brothers Joe Larry Jr, Richard Larry, Raymond Larry, and Frankie Larry.

The family will receive relatives and friends from Northumberland Funeral Home, on Sunday, February 5, 2012, from 7 to 9 pm, and on Monday, February 6, 2012, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, February 7, 2012, at 4 pm, from St Joachim's Roman Catholic Church, with Father Tom Fowler officiating.

As expression of sympathy, donations may be made to St Joachim's Roman Catholic Church, or to a memorial of one's choice.
