Kevin James Doyle

It is with immense sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Kevin James Doyle, of South Nelson, husband of Joan (Hayden) Doyle, on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 67.
Born in St Hubert, QC, he was the son of the late Gerald Connick and the late Margaret Doyle.
Kevin's working career was spent at Irving Oil Ltd and Rogers Communications, both in Miramichi, where he made many great friends.
He also enjoyed hunting, ATVing, and spending time at the camp playing cards and washer toss with his family and many friends.
Kevin is survived by his wife of 39 years, Joan (Hayden) Doyle of South Nelson; his sister Penny Connick (Mike Cunningham) of Miramichi; sister-in-law Colleen Walsh (Mike) of Doyle's Brook; brothers-in-law John Hayden (Pam) of Fredericton, Ralph Hayden (Julie) of Fredericton, Dr. Michael Hayden (Dr. Tanya Schaefer) of Miramichi and Robert Hayden (Cindy) of Riverview; nieces Brandy Connick, Lana Walsh, Karen Walsh, and Dr. Trinda Hayden; nephews John T. Hayden and Ben Hayden; great nieces Wynter and Autumn; and great great niece Oakley.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his nephew Dustin Matchett.
The family would like to thank Ambulance NB, ER, and ICU Doctors and staff at Miramichi Regional Hospital, for their excellent professional care at this difficult time. Also a huge thank you to Dr. Ninian Slorach for the excellent care Kevin received over the past years.
In keeping with Kevin's wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Miramichi SPCA, or to a memorial of one's choice.
