Joseph Burton Fitzpatrick, of Nowlanville, passed away on Friday, December 10, 2021, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 93.

Born in Miramichi, he was the son of the late Stephen and Mary (Turner) Fitzpatrick. He worked at Burchill's Mill, from the age of 14 until his retirement, and was a member of St Patrick's Roman Catholic Church.

He will be greatly missed by his two sisters Pauline (Artie Morris) of Miramichi and Anne Marie (Donnie Fitzpatrick) of Saint John; and loved by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sister Margaret (Margie) Smith; and brothers William and Boyd.

At his request, there will be no visitation. A graveside service will take place at St Patrick's Roman Catholic Cemetery at a later date.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to a memorial of one's choice.
