Joan Marie Woodland

Joan Marie (McGivern) Woodland, of Miramichi, passed away peacefully at Percy's Place on Monday, February 5, 2024, at the age of 87.

Born in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Leo and Clarice (Wood) McGivern. Prior to retirement, she worked as a retail manager, and was a member of the Catholic Church.

She will be greatly missed by her three daughters Debbie Gregory (Donnie) of Barrie, ON, Dawn Lemoine (Al) of Miramichi, and Lori Bordage (Gilles) of Shediac; sister Frances Easton of Hoyt, NB; grandchildren Ryan Lemoine and Brittany Lemoine; great grandson Rocky; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Raymond Woodland and her sister Lois.

At her request, there will be no visitation or funeral service.

As expressions of sympathy, donations made to Percy's Place would be appreciated by the family.
