Jeannine Breau

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jeannine (Fournier) Breau, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on December 12, 2025.

Born in Tracadie, she was the daughter of the late Medrick and Mina (Hebert) Fournier. She was a homemaker and also a caregiver in her younger years.

She will be greatly missed by her sons, Francis (Tina) of Calgary, AB, and Bruce (Colleen) of Miramichi; sisters, Jeannita, Andrea, and Claudine; brother, Hervé; granddaughter Posha; step grandchildren, Kayla and Jesse; great grandchildren Avien, Xavier, and Keegan; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Venance Breau, and brother Valmond Fournier.

Burial will take place in Riviere du Portage Cemetery at a later date.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to a memorial of one's choice.
