  • Janet (Jenny) Agnes Wyse, of Kelly's Special Care Home, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, on Thursday, November 7, 2013, at the age of 92.

    Born in Miramichi, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Blanche (Underhill) Jardine. She worked as a hairdresser for over 35 years and was a member of St James and St John United Church.

    She will be sadly missed by her three daughters Gertrude (Robert Potts) of Florida, USA, Elaine (Pierson Taylor) of Quarryville, and Karen (Warren Creamer) of Derby Junction; her sister Ardith Forrest of Miramichi; four grandchildren Stephanie Cassidy (Daryl), Jolene Wartman (Kevin), Garth Creamer (Pam), and Scott Creamer (Libby); six great grandchildren; two step great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

    Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her son Delbert Wyse, four brothers Max, John, Percy and Sydney, her sister Murial, and her grandson Troy Taylor.

    At the family's request, there will be no visitation. The funeral service will take place on Sunday, November 10, 2013, at 2 pm, from Northumberland Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. John Frasier officiating.

    As expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, or to the Miramichi Regional Hospital Foundation.
