Helen Marie (Geldart) Tilley, of Miramichi, passed away on Thursday, August 26, 2021, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 81.

Helen will be greatly missed by her daughter Jennifer (Tyson Mullin); son Wayne; three sisters Phyllis, Janet, and Carletta; two brothers Vincent and Merlen; five grandchildren Kim, Karen, Jesse, Christopher and Chloe; several great granchildren and nieces and nephews.

Besides her parent, Helen was predeceased by her husband Otis Tilley; two stepdaughters Geneta and Brenda; her brother Floyd; and her infant granddaughter Madison.

The family will receive relatives and friends from Northumberland Funeral Home on Monday, August 30, 2021, from 6 to 8 pm. A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, August 31, 2021, at 11 am, at Northumberland Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Kevin Carr officiating.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Diabetes Association or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
