Harry Gilbert (Gib) Taylor, of Miramichi, passed away at his residence, on Friday, February 20, 2015, at the age of 74.

Born in Oshawa, ON, he was the son of the late Harold and Pearl (Mathe) Taylor. He worked as a teacher until his retirement and was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.

He will be sadly missed by his wife Darlene (Pakosh); daughter Rayna Taylor (Michael Vanner) of Toronto, ON; two sons Barak of Chilliwack, BC, and Kale (Cindy) of the Philippines; grandson Spencer Taylor; sisters-in-law Sally Leopold (Walter) of Commox, BC, and Elaine Nichols (Danny) of Scarborough, ON; brother-in-law Rodney (Penny) of Kelowna, BC; and several nieces and nephews.

At the family's request, there will be no visitation. A memorial service will take place on Sunday, March 1, 2015, at 2 pm, from Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.

As expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Miramichi Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, or to a memorial of one's choice.
