Eva (Harris) Sullivan, of Gray Rapids, wife of the late Spurgeon Sullivan, passed away on Monday, October 29, 2012, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 75.

Born in Gray Rapids, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Grace (Warren) Harris. Eva was a homemaker and a member of Gray Rapids United Pentecostal Church.

She will be sadly missed by her four daughters Ellen Jardine (Eddie Vautour) of Upper Derby, Effie Sturgeon (Kim) of Quarryville, Angela Jardine (Cyril) of Gray Rapids, and Natalie Hollier (Dwayne) of Gray Rapids; her two sons Herbie of Gray Rapids, and Colin (Melanie Turpin) of Ontario; her two sisters Ethel Schofield (Ronnie) of Blackville, and Ellen Vickers (Max) of Gray Rapids; her brother Alvin Harris (Betty Sturgeon) of White Rapids; her 11 grandchildren Michael, Sarah, Patricia, Matthew, Nicholas, Jalisia, Jacob, Marcey, Jared, Brandon, and Lydia; 11 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Spurgeon, grandson Jonathan Jardine, and son-in-law Wilson Jardine.

The family will receive relatives and friends from Gray Rapids United Pentecostal Church, on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 from 2 to 5 pm and on Thursday, November 1, 2012, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Friday, November 2, 2012, from Gray Rapids United Pentecostal Church, at 2 pm, with Pastor Graham Russell officiating. Interment will take place in the church cemetery following the service.

As expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Miramichi Regional Hospital Palliative Care Unit, or to a memorial of one's choice.
