Eric McLenaghan passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at his residence on Tuesday, March 24, 2020, at the age of 54.

Born in Miramichi, he was the son of the late Bernard and Joan (MacDonald) McLenaghan. He was a member of APEGNB (Engineers of NB) and a graduate of TUNS. He also graduated from carpentry school in 2002 from NBCC. He was a member of Saint Michael's By the Sea Roman Catholic Church and coached hockey with Hockey NB and Andrew's Spring Hockey. He was an entrepreneur, a dreamer, and a hard worker. He deeply loved his family and his dogs Rocky and Yogi.

He will be greatly missed by his wife Susan McLenaghan of Miramichi Bay; their children Georgia and Gavin; his two brothers Leo (Paula) of Calgary, Alberta and Joe McLenaghan; his niece Amy McLenaghan and his nephew Samson McLenaghan.

At the family's request, there will be no visitation. A private family service will take place with Father John Keoughan officiating.
