  • Cheryl Delice passed away peacefully with her mother by her side on Saturday, July 16, 2022, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 45.

    Born in St Lucia, she was the daughter of Theodosia Delice and the late Edgard Delice. Cheryl worked for MORE Services and was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

    She will be greatly missed by her mother Theodosia Delice of St Lucia; her sister Esther Delice Leopold (George) of St Lucia; two brothers Elishua Delice and his wife Rhoda Delice of Miramichi and Chester Delice of St Lucia; and nieces and nephews Kennedy Jessie Leopold, Jarred Michael Leopold and Brooklynn Leopold all of St Lucia.

    Also left to mourn Cheryl are the staff and her coworkers at MORE Services, the congregation at Seventh Day Adventist Church in Miramichi, her friends and classmates in Tawain, her Jamaican friends, her close friends in Miramichi Rick Mills, Venissa Barrett, Lori, Ronnie Recei, and Siva, as well as many family members from St Lucia, the States, and Canada.

    In memory of Cheryl, a funeral service will take place on Thursday, July 21, 2022, at Northumberland Funeral Home Chapel, at 1 pm, with Pastor Guy Lacourse officiating.
