Blake was survived by his wife Shirley Sturgeon, mother Lillian Sturgeon; one daughter Valerie(Allison Tuzo); seven sisters Vada Sullivan(Everett), Anita Jones(Vance), Faye MacRae(Brian), Edna Carnahan(Royce),Brenda Barry(Donald), Sandra Donovan(Jeff), Wilda Taylor(Ernest);eight brothers Tom(Hulda),Howard (Rosella),Sterling(Mary Ellen),Ralph(Mary Lou),Randy(Cathy),Alvin(Linda),Jerry(Josephine),Philip(Carmel) and many nieces and nephews. Blake was predeceased by his father David and two sons Herbie and Keith.
