Ann McBriarty, of Renous, passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2015, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 77.

She was the daughter of the late Crumley and Mabel (O'Brien) Nolais. She graduated from Saint John School of Nursing and worked as a Registered Nurse in New Westminster, BC. She was also a member of St Bridget's Roman Catholic Church in Renous, and the Senior's Club in Renous, Derby, and Blackville.

She will be sadly missed by her three sisters Judy Pyne of Miramichi, Paula McLaughlin (Michael) of Renous, and Lourdes Casey (Gerald) of Miramichi; nephews Raymond Pyne, Stephen Pyne, Billy Casey, and Peter Casey; and neices Debbie Stockhouse and Jennifer Underhill.

The family will receive relatives and friends from Father Murdock Memorial Room in Renous, on Thursday, April 30, 2015, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 1, 2015, at 11 am, from St Bridget's Roman Catholic Church, with Monseigneur Joseph Woods officiating.

As expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unit, or to a memorial of one's choice.
